By purchasing any paid services on the Workque platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Services

Workque provides a technology platform for job discovery and recruitment support. Paid services available on the platform may include:

  • Enhanced visibility features
  • Recruitment tools and platform benefits

These services are designed to enhance employer visibility and platform usage, but they do not guarantee job applications, candidate responses, interviews, or successful hiring outcomes.

2. Voluntary Purchase

All purchases made on the Workque platform are completely voluntary.

Employers or users who purchase any plan or service do so at their own discretion based on the platform benefits offered.

Thinkub Labs does not compel or require users to purchase any paid services to use the basic platform features.

3. No Guarantee of Leads or Hiring Outcomes

Workque functions solely as a technology intermediary platform that connects employers and job seekers.

Therefore:

  • Workque does not guarantee candidate leads
  • Workque does not guarantee job applications
  • Workque does not guarantee interviews
  • Workque does not guarantee hiring success

Platform visibility and performance may vary depending on multiple external factors including job role demand, location, industry conditions, and candidate availability.

4. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital and service-based nature of Workque offerings:

  • All payments made for subscription plans, premium listings, or platform features are generally non-refundable.
  • Once a plan or service has been activated, refunds will not be issued.

Users are encouraged to carefully review service details before completing a purchase.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical errors
  • Incorrect billing caused by platform malfunction

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
